What FlashCo is

FlashCo is an open research reference implementation for multi-agent AI systems, provided free of charge. You launch temporary AI companies that run on your own LLM API key and may, with your configuration, act in external systems you connect.

Your costs and your key

The platform itself is free. AI usage is billed directly to you by your model provider under your own API key, at their prices, with no markup from us. You are responsible for the spend your missions generate — we strongly recommend configuring a spend limit with your provider. Budget controls inside FlashCo bound agent activity but are not a substitute for provider-side limits.

Agent actions and your responsibility

Agents act autonomously within the tools and integrations you grant them. You choose which integrations to connect, which tools each agent may use, and whether high-stakes actions require your approval. You are responsible for the consequences of actions performed in third-party systems under credentials you provided, and for reviewing deliverables before relying on them. AI-generated output can be wrong; verify before use.

Acceptable use

Do not use FlashCo to violate laws, third-party terms, or others' rights; to generate spam, malware, or deceptive content; or to target systems you do not own or have permission to act in. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or degrade it for others.

Blueprints and the marketplace

Blueprints you publish are shared for others to launch and fork. You keep ownership of your blueprint content and grant other users the right to use it through the platform. Do not publish blueprints containing secrets, credentials, or content you lack rights to share. Deliverables produced by your companies are yours.

No warranty

FlashCo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. As a research platform it evolves quickly; features may change, and availability is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including costs incurred with your model provider or actions taken by agents in systems you connected.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
